THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing practice dictates that any new program should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Free Trial

Rennie Glen Software LLC reserves the right to grant or refuse a free trial to anyone for any reason. Provided you have been granted a free trial from Rennie Glen Software, you are hereby permitted to use the software for the period of the free trial. Unlicensed use of the software after the free trial period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Licensed Version

Licenses are fulfilled electronically by Rennie Glen Software LLC, 1642 Nilda Ave, Mountain View, CA 94040. Although the software may be installed on multiple machines, it is hereby prohibited from being used by more than 1 user per license.

Distribution

You are hereby granted permission to distribute the original installation program. You are specifically prohibited from modifying or distributing modified versions of the installation program.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
